Q.) My air conditioner seems to run all the time. Why is that?
A.) There are a lot of different reasons for this problem:
Unit could be low on Freon
Condenser coil could be dirty
Unit could be too small for area
Q.) My outside unit has ice all over it. Why is that?
A.) One of the following may be happening:
Unit may be low on Freon
Imodigient air (blower not running or dirty filters)
Q.) My pilot light will not stay lit. Why is that?
A.) Normally, this is caused by a dirty pilot, but it could also be a bad thermocouple, or gas valve.
Q.) My furnace is making a clicking sound, but it is not heating. Why is that?
A.) This is normally an igniter problem. The igniter is trying to light burners but cannot. Causes could include:
Dirty electrode or sensor
No gas present at burners
Control problem
